CASE STUDY - COMPANY Z
Company Z came to us with one major and timely request: To organize an exhibition in Dubai in 5 days time, as well as another one in Cairo in 2 weeks time. It seemed impossible!
- 1. ANALYSIS
Company Z’s need for speed was a big challenge, putting them in a dire situation. They already had one partner handling operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Egypt. But to make matters worse, their partner in Dubai pulled out of the brand after Company Z had already paid all the expenses and sent the materials. That partner made a deal with the competitors.
- 2. COLLABORATION
We knew we had to do something fast.
This is what we did:
- Using our internal connections, we swiftly took the goods through customs in UAE and Egypt
- Got their money back from the partner through handling the legal matters in the UAE
- Made an agreement with 2 agencies in our network to take care of the booth for the company Z. When Company Z saw the cost of the booth, they couldn’t believe it. They had always been used to paying double what we got them!
- Ensured all deadlines were respected, even on such short notice
- Hired exhibition ushers and models for their 2 large booths
- Booked their hotels and took care of all other arrangements
- 3. GROWTH
Thankfully, the 2 exhibitions were a huge success, and Company Z continues to be a long-term, loyal partner with us.
