Change is a part of business growth. Some changes help you rise up, and some make you fall down. It’s not always easy, however, to manage big changes inside your company. Change Company came to us to find a long-term solution for positive change within their company.

When you have a big, multi-generational team and a system already in place, managing big changes isn’t easy. We could see that Change Company was in need of third party support to leverage the changes into more growth.

We sent over a team of consultants from our Austrian network to act as a mediator.

This is what we did:

  • Created a blueprint showing a clear vision of how their business should look for now and in the future, all the way up to 2030
  • Highlighted the changes that needed to happen to reach their goals
  • Created an action plan to address the changes
  • Taught the owners and management how to integrate the new employees and update the older employees
  • Guided them in smoothing out change resistance within the team
