CASE STUDY - ALPHA
Moving a successful product from the Middle East to Europe.
Company ALPHA was enjoying big success in Egypt. But they knew more people could benefit from their product in the rest of the world. When they found U-Grow, they had a big dream and a few ideas.
- 1. ANALYSIS
A sweep of Company Alpha’s internal strategies showed us that they weren’t making full use of their team’s skills. They also didn’t have a functioning structure with goals to work towards the bigger picture, and they weren’t leveraging social media for an international market.
- 2. COLLABORATION
U-Grow arranged workshops and brainstorming sessions with the company and the team to form a plan for their future direction. We hand-made a new business model that supported both local and international growth.
This is what we did:
- Set up a milestone plan that was used immediately
- Opened both local and international sales channels
- Arranged a team of social media and content experts within their budget
- Developed web pages and social media channels for their new marketing campaign
- Took care of the company’s legal aspects, including a company lawyer within their budget
- 3. GROWTH
Thanks to our strategies and actionable plans, Company Alpha started exporting to Europe in November 2017. They continue growing through our milestone markers and work closely with our local and international partners.
