This European company is one of the top fashion brands in Europe, targeting men and women aged 15-50. Because of their huge success in Europe, they wanted to see what was possible in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
- 1. ANALYSIS
The U-Grow team swept through their internal operations and found places to make new integrations and open up new channels. We saw that their biggest need was in developing stronger partnerships.
- 2. COLLABORATION
This is what we did:
- Connected them with 2 new partners in Saudi Arabia and Egypt
- Found them partners in Jordan and Lebanon
- Replaced their current United Arab Emirates (UAE) partner with a new one that was more suitable for the job
- 3. GROWTH
Since then, Company Y has made a big name for themselves in the Middle East with more than 30 new shops open and increasing market shares.
