This European company is one of the top fashion brands in Europe, targeting men and women aged 15-50. Because of their huge success in Europe, they wanted to see what was possible in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

The U-Grow team swept through their internal operations and found places to make new integrations and open up new channels. We saw that their biggest need was in developing stronger partnerships.

This is what we did:

  • Connected them with 2 new partners in Saudi Arabia and Egypt
  • Found them partners in Jordan and Lebanon
  • Replaced their current United Arab Emirates (UAE) partner with a new one that was more suitable for the job

Since then, Company Y has made a big name for themselves in the Middle East with more than 30 new shops open and increasing market shares.
